Born in London, Otis Batterbee has nearly 20 years professional experience as a product, accessories and fashion designer, graduating from the acclaimed Central St Martins School of Art & Design in 2003.
Prior to launching Otis Batterbee, he designed accessories and products for some of the world’s leading luxury brands, skills which he’s used within his own collections.
His vividly patterned beauty bags were an overnight success with six months of stock selling out in just one week.
The Otis Batterbee quest to design and produce beautiful beauty tools and accessories has never been stronger with the launch of makeup brushes and blending sponges.
Otis Batterbee now counts a roster of global stockists and a number of beauty fans that include Rita Ora, Gwyneth Paltrow and Florence Welch.
Otis Batterbee’s ongoing mission is to craft clean, safe, products that are good for you and the planet. The brand is constantly searching for performance-driven sustainable materials, such as the use of recycled ocean plastic which is spun into nylon and used as the lining on all of the beauty makeup bags. We use FSC sustainable birchwood on the handles of all our makeup brushes too.
Otis Batterbee collaborates with the most innovative makers to reduce the companies environmental footprint. Whilst not perfect, Otis Batterbee are totally committed to making sustainable choices whenever and wherever possible within the 100% recyclable packaging.
